The Liverpool Service NSW Centre has reached a major milestone this month serving its millionth customer in just over two years after first opening its doors in 2014.
One millionth customer Simote Fonua from Chester Hill was greeted by the Liverpool Service Centre team with fanfare and gifted $500 credit towards his car registration to mark the occasion.
“I walked in store to transfer registration for a car I bought. I had no idea that I would be celebrated as the Liverpool Service Centre’s millionth customer,” Mr Fonua said.
“I am really grateful for the $500 credit to transfer my car registration.”
Minister for Finance, Services and Property Dominic Perrottet congratulated the Liverpool Service NSW team on the achievement.
“The team led by Manager Arun Kumar exemplifies the culture of excellence Service NSW is known for,” Mr Perrottet said
“Liverpool Service Centre has proven to be our most popular store in the network. Over 9,000 customers – the equivalent of passengers from 23 Boeing 747 planes – are regularly served by the Service NSW team here each and every week.”
Liverpool Service Centre Manager Arun Kumar thanked the local community for their support of the centre, which has maintained a customer satisfaction score of 97 per cent.
“My passionate team here at Liverpool is dedicated to serving our customers and ensuring they have a fast, efficient and friendly experience every time they come into store,” Mr Kumar said.
“Being proud locals, we are all part of the community that we serve.”
Located at the Liverpool Megacentre, 2-18 Orange Grove Road, the service centre is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm, Thursday 8:00am – 7:00pm and Saturday 8:30am – 3:00pm.
