NSW Minister for Finance, Services and Property Dominic Perrottet today officially opened the Service NSW one-stop shop in Castle Hill, describing the centre as game-changing for local residents and businesses.
“The days of local people having to visit many locations to transact with the NSW Government are over,” Mr Perrottet said.
“This Centre offers customers access to more than 800 NSW government transactions under the one roof, including driver licences, vehicle registrations, Seniors Card applications, owner builder permits, housing payments and more.”
The Centre commenced operations on 29 May.
Member for Castle Hill Ray Williams said early feedback on the one-stop shop had been exceptional.
“Customers want convenience and efficiency, and with customer satisfaction running at 98 per cent, I am happy to say that is exactly what they are getting,” Mr Williams said.
“I congratulate Centre Manager Christine Kosorukow and her team on a fantastic start, and wish them all the best for the future”.
